Our Story
When we started Resilionics, we kept seeing the same pattern across the tax software market: a lot of the tax software counties were using was simply outdated. From complicated interfaces to rigid architecture, systems that have been developed years ago and hadn't meaningfully evolved since.
That outdatedness showed up most clearly in one place: counties were expected to adapt their processes to fit the software, instead of the software adapting to them. Old, rigid systems simply weren't built to flex, so workflows got bent to match the software, and staff learned to work around limitations instead of the software working for them.
We wanted to build something different. Software that's modern and flexible enough to actually fit how a county works, whether that's property tax, tourist development tax, business tax, or certificate auctions. And because technology shouldn't stand still, we built a team that stays involved after go-live, continuously evolving the system rather than deploying it and walking away.
That's how we strive to operate with every county we work with.
Our Mission
Built in Florida, for Florida. We're on a mission to build the best tax software suite out there – one that works for each county, not the other way around. That means no bending your processes to fit our system.
And we don't stop once it's built. We take a code-first approach, constantly evolving the platform and staying responsive to the people using it, because things move fast these days – and so do we.
Our Vision
We believe the most modern, effective software can only be built alongside the people who use it every day. Our vision is a future where Resilionics works hand in hand with every county across Florida, regardless of size – building technology shaped by the communities it serves.
Katharina Garmon
"Before founding Resilionics, I worked in the mortgage field and it was there I first heard how outdated and frustrating county tax systems had become. That observation turned into years of research and development, and eventually, Resilionics.
What started as property tax software grew into a full suite based on direct feedback from the people using it every day. We launched in spring 2026, and that same principle still guides us – listen first, build second.
